Personal welcome offer and Subscribe & Save terms
The 20% welcome offer is available through November 7, 2026 for a first CitriSafe.com order only, one use per customer and household, with a maximum of two units of each eligible product. Prior purchases from CitriSafe’s Amazon store do not disqualify a customer who has never ordered from this website. Eligibility is checked using website order history, email and delivery address. Contact us if an address match is incorrect.
The offer applies only to the nine individual products listed above at regular price. Other products, discounted bundles, sale/clearance items, equipment, gift cards, testing and services are excluded. Confirm your email to receive a random personal code. Each code is restricted to that billing email, can be used once, and expires 14 days after confirmation or at the end of November 7, 2026, whichever is earlier. Requesting another link does not renew or replace an expired or used code. You may not transfer or share your code. The public DIRECT20 code is retired. It cannot be combined with another coupon. Marketing signup is optional and separate.
For an eligible subscription, the personal welcome code reduces the first payment to 80% of regular merchandise price. Subsequent deliveries receive the agreed 15% subscription discount. No signup fee, free trial, minimum commitment or cancellation fee. Choose 1, 2 or 3 calendar months; review the initial and recurring totals and next payment date at checkout. We send a reminder seven days before a scheduled renewal.
Free standard US shipping normally requires $75 after discounts and before tax per delivery. The same threshold applies to the first order and later deliveries. One-time purchases cannot qualify later subscription shipments; different schedules can create separate shipments and shipping charges. A delivery phone number is required. US orders only.
Pause or cancel through My Account before the next order is processed. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not reverse an order already processed. Returns follow our posted policy. Any changes to an existing subscription’s price require advance notice under the subscription terms. New-customer promotions may change or end for future orders. Questions? Contact CitriSafe.
