Subscribe & Save terms

These terms apply when you choose a subscription at checkout.

1. Your recurring order

Subscribe & Save is an optional automatic delivery program for the eligible products shown on this page. Select your products, quantity and a delivery interval of every 1, 2 or 3 calendar months. Your subscription continues until you cancel. One-time purchases remain available. There is no enrollment fee, free trial or minimum number of renewals.

2. Your 15% savings

At enrollment, Subscribe & Save takes 15% off the regular one-time price of each eligible product. The discount applies to your first shipment and subsequent renewal product charges. The agreed recurring price appears at checkout and in your account. An eligible personal welcome code is the only coupon exception: it brings the first payment to 20% total savings from regular price, then renewals receive 15%. Confirm your email to claim a code; first-order, household, product and quantity limits apply. Other coupons, sale-price discounts and promotions do not combine with subscribed items. Some order-wide offers require a separate one-time order. Shipping and tax are not discounted. Free standard US shipping requires $75 after discounts and before tax for each delivery. Bundles, kits, equipment, testing products, gift cards and products without a subscription option are excluded.

3. Automatic payment and delivery

Your first order is charged when you complete checkout. After that, we charge your authorized payment method automatically at the interval you select, using the recurring total and next payment date shown at checkout and in your account. The recurring total includes the subscribed products, applicable shipping and tax. Payment dates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Use a valid credit or debit card that supports recurring charges.

4. Shipping and tax

Delivery is available to US addresses only. Shipping and applicable tax are shown before you place the order and apply to each shipment. Our standard free-shipping policy applies separately to each scheduled shipment. One-time items in your first order do not count toward the free-shipping threshold for later renewals. Products with different delivery schedules may create separate shipments and shipping charges. A delivery phone number is required.

5. Reminders and order messages

We email a reminder seven days before each scheduled renewal, with the upcoming payment date, amount and a link to manage or cancel. We also provide an annual subscription reminder and order/payment messages. These service messages are separate from optional marketing emails; enrolling does not sign you up for marketing. Keep your account email address current.

6. Pause or cancel

You can pause or cancel future renewals online in My Account → Subscriptions → View. There is no cancellation fee and no requirement to repay an earlier subscription discount. Cancel before the scheduled renewal is processed to prevent that charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; an order already paid or shipped is handled under our returns policy. 7. Changes to your order

Update your shipping address or payment method from your account before the next renewal is processed. Contact us for help changing quantities, products or delivery intervals. We confirm any revised recurring amount and schedule before they apply. A change made after a payment has processed applies to future renewals.

8. Price or program changes

The recurring product price confirmed at enrollment remains in place unless a change is communicated to you. Before a change to your recurring price or other material terms takes effect, we will provide advance notice, explain how to cancel and obtain any consent required. For a recurring fee change, we will send the notice 7–30 days before it takes effect. We do not silently substitute products.

9. Availability and failed payments

Subscriptions do not reserve inventory. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you about delaying or cancelling the affected shipment. We do not charge for a substitute without your agreement. If a payment fails, we notify you; any scheduled retry is identified in the payment notice. Fulfillment waits for successful payment.

10. Returns and refunds

The CitriSafe Returns & Refunds Policy applies to subscription deliveries, including its 60-day return window from receipt. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund for an existing order are separate actions. Contact us for help with either.
